Which payment processors are compatible with OrderPin? Is there any restriction on the ISO's choice of payment processor?

OrderPinis payment-agnostic, currently supporting semi-integration with PAX terminals for processors such as TSYS, Fiserv, Paysafe, and EPX. There are no restrictions on the payment processor choice for ISOs.  

OrderPin does not directly sell hardware. However, we are hardware agnostic and compatible with most Android-based devices. Currently, partners primarily use PAX and Sunmi hardware. We can also recommend trusted hardware suppliers and distributors.

OrderPin provides Level 2 and Level 3 support directly, while Level 1 support, such as system setup and basic troubleshooting, is managed by the ISO after training provided by OrderPin.

No, OrderPin does not take any share of merchants’ transaction revenues/transaction residual.

OrderPin’s pricing includes:  

  • OrderPinonly charge on SaaS Fee per location.
  • A flat fee per location with no charges based on features, terminal number, or transaction volumes. No more hidden charge.

White-Label Model: Partners can fully customize the branding and present the solution as their own POS together with Partner’s payment processing.

Distributor Model: Partners sell OrderPin-branded POS solutions directly.  

A standard white-label setup takes 4 to 6 weeks. Additional time may be required for custom integrations.  If additional customized integrations are required, the timeline may vary based on the complexity and scope of the customizations.

Yes, white-label partners receive free updates up to twice per year. Updates are implemented only after ensuring stability to maintain user experience.

Cloud computing costs are fully borne by OrderPin. There are no additional charges for cloud services.

OrderPindoes assist ISOs in generating leads and provide merchant email lists directly and it is free of charge!
