Does OrderPin provide hardware devices? On which hardware brands can OrderPin’s software operate?
OrderPin does not directly sell hardware. However, we are hardware agnostic and compatible with most Android-based devices. Currently, partners primarily use PAX and Sunmi hardware. We can also recommend trusted hardware suppliers and distributors.
What technical support services does OrderPin provide for ISOs and merchants?
OrderPin provides Level 2 and Level 3 support directly, while Level 1 support, such as system setup and basic troubleshooting, is managed by the ISO after training provided by OrderPin.
